NEW APPRECIATION

Whilst at my internship, 2 of the press girls and I went to Chelsea College of Art and Design to help set up a few mannequins for the yearly event 'texprint' which displays some of the UK's most talented textiles designers. Looking around the exhibition space and having a good old nose at all the work I was truely mesmirised by how amazing some of it was. Knits ranging from intricate to chunky, quirky prints, unusual textures and decorative textiles I walked around unsure of where to look first. I did manage to get a few sneaky pics on my old blackberry before I left but, me being me, when I upgraded I forgot to transfer my images and nonetheless lost them!! I have however, browsed a few images from the awards and selected some of my favs to share with you.
